CONOR Glass holds aloft the Fr Murray Cup on behalf of Derry minor footballers in Clones today.
It ended Derry’s 13 year wait for an Ulster Minor Football Championship title.
Doire minors defeated Cavan by six points on a scoreline of 1-11 to 0-11 at St Tiernah’s Park.
The minors lead Cavan at half time by 1-08 to 0-05 at half-time.
But Tiarnan Flanagan scored the all import goal shortly before the break.
And the long awaited victory was sealed with points from Kearney, Shea Downey, McGuigan.
