The lights go out on Derry City’s game at Maginn Park in Buncrana
IT should have been a bright evening for Derry City in its first home game of the season.
But it ended in darknesss when the lights went out in Buncrana’s Maginn Park.
The Candy Stripes fell one behind early on to the visitors Limerick when Dean Clarke opened the scoring after 12 minutes.
But not long before the break Ronan Curtis scored the equaliser.
And then the floodlights failed and the match was abandoned.
