City of Derry Spartans filled the top three places in yesterday’s Ballyliffin 10-mile Coastal Challenge.
Aaron Doherty crossed the finish line in first place in 56.55 ahead of Alan Bogle (58.o8) with James Brown (58.38) in third place.
Judi Graham, of North Belfast Harriers, won the ladies event in 1:07:38.
Alison Rankin and Gemma Turley, both of Springwell Running Club, came second and third respectively in 1.10.05 and 1.11.00.
Over 800 runners took part, a record for the race.
